Shipping & Delivery Policy

SmokePic is a fully digital product. There are no physical goods, and nothing is shipped to a postal address.

When you buy a coin pack, the coins are credited to your account balance instantly after a successful payment, and you can begin generating photos right away.

Generated photos are delivered electronically inside the app as soon as processing finishes, and you can download them immediately in full resolution. Most generations complete in under a minute.

If coins are not credited after a successful payment, or a generated photo does not appear, email support@smokepic.com and we will resolve it.
