How billing works
SmokePic sells one-time coin packs. There are no subscriptions. Coins are added to a single account balance and spent (1 to 3 coins each) to generate photos.
Cancellation
Coin packs are one-time purchases, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel. You can stop buying coins at any time, and unused coins remain in your account.
Refund eligibility
Unused coins purchased within the last 7 days may be refunded on request, provided your current coin balance still covers the purchased quantity. Email support@smokepic.com with your transaction ID.
Non-refundable
Coins already spent on generations are non-refundable, as are the free welcome-bonus coins that every new account receives.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method through our payment processor, Razorpay.
Failed generations and charges
If a generation fails, the coin it would have cost is automatically returned to your balance. No request is needed. Duplicate or failed charges are reversed automatically; if a payment is taken without coins being credited, contact us and we will resolve it.
How to request a refund
Email support@smokepic.com with your registered email and the transaction ID from your purchase. We aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days.
